Biography
Freddie Seba, MBA, Masters in International Policy Studies, and EdD in Organization and Leadership lifelong learner, is a distinguished educator and program director at the University of San Francisco's School of Nursing and Health Professions, where he leads the Masters of Science in Digital Health Informatics (MSDHI) program. With a multifaceted educational background including a Masters in International Policy Studies (MIPS) from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale University, Seba brings a wealth of academic and practical expertise to his role.
Drawing from a diverse career that spans entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley and beyond, Seba's journey is marked by a deep commitment to education and innovation. His passion for shaping the future of healthcare and technology is evident in his dedication to cultivating the next generation of leaders and innovators.
Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education with a focus on organization and leadership, Seba's research explores the intersections of entrepreneurship, health tech, fintech, education, leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) and ethics. His involvement in various academic initiatives, including the USF Academic AI Task-force and Pedagogy in the Age of AI, USF University Assessment Committee, and USF SONHP Program Evaluation Committee underscores his proactive engagement in advancing knowledge and understanding in these critical areas.
