Biography
Ms. Brown migrated to the United States from Jamaica West Indies when she was 13 years old. She obtained her BA in Marketing with a Business Administration concentration in 2000. After working on Wall Street in New York she felt her passion for nursing calling her, and returned to school to complete a second BA in Nursing. She worked in several different areas such as the emergency room, MED-Surg, school nursing, surgery, and mental health. While working full time, she also maintained work-life balance as a wife and mother. In 2016 she went back to school and completed her master's degree in Nursing.
