Biography

Dr. Souza has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been teaching college-level courses for the past 25 years at numerous colleges in the Bay Area. Companies he's previously worked at include New York Life Insurance Company/NYLIFE Securities, Charles Schwab Investment Management, Global Real Analytics, and the Quantum Financial Network. He has also held senior positions in strategic portfolio research and analysis with various real estate services firms. Dr. Souza is also a registered representative and investment advisor, as well as a real estate consultant, licensed California insurance agent, and real estate investment broker.
