Lee-Nah Hsu

Dr. Lee-Nah Hsu, upon returning to the United States in 2016, is an adjunct faculty at the School’s Public Health Program. Prior to joining the University, she worked with the United Nations on developing health and social policies and programs in Africa, Asia, Americas and Europe. She combines her global health, legal and epidemiology expertise to promote transdisciplinary solutions in addressing the challenges of planetary health. In addition to doctoral degrees in Juris Prudence, and in Public Health Policy and Management from Harvard University, she holds Masters’ degrees in Public Health, and in Family Practice from Yale University.

Dr. Hsu, in the past three decades, has been advocating and creating enabling environments to empower communities and governments in protecting ecosystem health for building healthy, just and resilient societies globally. During those decades, she was affiliated with academic & research institutions in U.S., Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Thailand, OSCE-Central Asia, and the United Nations.
