Biography
Dr. El Najm has over 23 years of experience in nursing education and clinical practice. He currently teaches graduate Medical-Surgical, Leadership, Quality, and Research courses in the Master's program.
Dr. El Najm is experienced in the capacity of ICU Clinical Supervisor, Nursing Faculty, and Academic Program Management. He has a strong background in curriculum development and review and in Higher Education and Healthcare Accreditation. He is passionate about capacity building and excellence and he is influenced by the resonant leadership style.
