Strength 101

What is Strength 101?

  • Strength 101 is Small Group Training
  • Space is Limited (6 participants max.)
  • $10 fee per class (does not include facility entry)

  • To reserve a spot, visit our online registration portal (screenshot tutorial to RSVP).
  • Online RSVP for the following month will update on the last Friday of each month at 12pm

Strength 101 Description

  • Strength 101 is a full body workout offered on Mondays & Fridays from 12-1pm and 1-2pm. Our experienced trainers enjoy every moment leading this program, building rapport while educating participants on fundamental movement patterns. To reserve a spot, visit our online registration portal. There is a $10 (per class) fee required at time of registration. Online RSVP for the following month will update on the last Friday of each month at 12pm
