Professor Callahan Co-Authors Advisory Article to the President and Congress

Professor Rich Callahan recently co-authored an article as part of the National Academy of Public Administrations (NAPA) project. The NAPA project commissions a series of advisory pieces every 4 years to the incoming President and Congress, entitled "Memos to Leadership". Professor Callahan's article, in this year's series of 6 essays, looks closely at the development of public-private partnerships. The article appears in the Public Manager magazine, which has a wide readership among federal executives, managers and staff.
