Professor Shelling is a licensed therapist and Associate Clinical Director with expertise in trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy. Specializing in Neuropsychotherapy and clinical trauma treatment, they work with individuals, couples, and families to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. By integrating brain-based methods with traditional therapy, Professor Shelling helps clients build emotional resilience and lasting healing. As Associate Clinical Director, she also provides leadership and mentorship to other clinicians, ensuring high-quality care.
