Biography
Ester is a first-generation Indigenous woman committed to dismantling the racial and economic barriers embedded within the U.S. education system. Grounded in her lived experience, her work centers equity, access, and justice for historically marginalized students navigating higher education.
She is deeply passionate about guiding students as they discover their purpose, build confidence, and recognize their cultural wealth as a source of strength rather than deficit. Through mentorship and advocacy, Ester seeks to affirm students’ identities, honor their communities, and support their holistic success in academic and professional spaces.
