Natacha Ruck

Natacha is an award-winning storyteller, media producer, and educator. She strives to use text, film, sound, and live performance to deepen our understanding of the world we live in and foster action.

Her documentary work has appeared at the MoMA and the Whitney Museum of American Art, as well as on National Geographic, NBC NY, and Link TV. Her radio work has appeared on public radio affiliates nationally and locally. She is currently the showrunner for Adonde Media’s acclaimed Duolingo French Podcast.

• 2005 Emmy Award, environmental programming category, as the producer of WNBC’s Jane’s New York: On the Highline.

• 2002 Worldfest Houston Awards - Bronze Remi Award, as the director of The Visual Thinking Curriculum for The MoMA.

• 2000 Worldfest Houston Gold Award and American Association of Museums Silver Muse Award, as the co producer of Live from…Cardiac Surgery.

• Translated over 20 graphic novels for Humanoids, DC Comics, Image Comics including works by: Moebius, Jodorowsky, and Dupuy & Berberian,

• MLA, Stanford University, 2015. Thesis: Transcending Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian Man in James Joyce, advisor Professor Elaine Treharne.
