Biography

Stephen Astle is an advisor, board member, investor and educator specializing in communications surrounding high-stakes, strategy-driven business initiatives. He has broad leadership experience in corporate, consulting and agency settings, with expertise helping corporate boards and leadership teams mitigate risks, fortify culture and reputation, navigate crises and accelerate business transformation. His clients have included Alaska Airlines, Bloomberg, Cisco, CommonSpirit Health, eBay, Equinix, FICO, Flex, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Oracle, PayPal and many others. Stephen is frequently brought in to catalyze strategic, structural and cultural change, raise performance standards and overcome obstacles to collaboration.

Stephen is an award-winning alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and has served in leadership positions on two different Stanford Boards. He is regularly invited to lecture and judge student projects in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation at USF, Stanford GSB, University of Toronto and Temple University. Earlier in his career, he created and taught popular courses in psychology at Tufts University and Springfield College.
