Biography
Elena Liveris teaches Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis. Professor Liveris has practiced as a litigator for over fifteen years, with a focus on complex and class action litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts. She served as counsel in significant class action lawsuits on behalf of employee and retiree participants of 401(k) and employee stock ownership plans with claims under ERISA.
Professor Liveris has also taught writing courses at Santa Clara Law and Berkeley Law. When not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her three kids and serves on her church’s parish council.
