JD Program

JD, Part-Time

In the Hybrid Part-Time JD program, some classes are taught online, asynchronously, and others are offered in-person, on campus. This schedule provides you greater flexibility so you can earn your JD while working or caring for family members.

As a student in the part-time program, the USF campus is your community. You’re in the thick of it during moot court, select courses, judges’ roundtables, and experiential learning opportunities, like our law clinics. Each semester, you’ll attend two classes on campus and then learn online, asynchronously, for your third course. Most part-time students complete their degree requirements and graduate in four years.

While on campus, you’ll learn alongside full-time JD students, building real connections and gaining hands-on experience while meeting the demands of your work and life.
