Through a mix of rigorous courses, innovative seminars, and experience-based learning, including a global trip, you can deepen your leadership competencies, refine your business skills, and increase your ability to address global business opportunities. Classes meet one weekend per month on Friday and Saturday for the duration of 20 months.

What to Expect

Year 1: Build Your Foundation

  • Fall Semester
    Kick off your MBA journey by building a strong foundation in management and leadership while exploring critical global challenges. Engage in dynamic courses such as Financial Accounting, Building and Leading Effective Teams, Marketing Management and Financial Management. Additionally, you'll choose a course from the Horizon Core: Sustainability category, where you'll examine strategies to address environmental and social challenges, ensuring a well-rounded start to your MBA experience.
  • Spring Semester
    Shift your focus to understanding local and global dynamics with courses in Business Analytics, Storytelling with Data, and Technology Enabled Operations. This semester also marks your first opportunity to customize your MBA with electives, allowing you to tailor your learning to your interests and career goals. Additionally, you'll select a course from the Horizon Core: Digital Transformation category, equipping you with cutting-edge knowledge to lead in the digital era.

Year 2: Advance Your Expertise

  • Fall Semester
    As you enter your second year, sharpen your strategic thinking and communication skills. Delve into advanced topics such as Financial Information Analysis, Data Visualization, Strategic Management, Developing Power and Influence, and Supply Chain Management. This semester empowers you to lead decisively and influence outcomes effectively while navigating complex organizational challenges.
  • Global Business Practicum - An International Experience
    Embark on a 7-day journey to two international destinations in October. Visit corporations, organizations, and cultural landmarks while engaging in hands-on learning through capstone projects, strategy challenges, and service-learning initiatives. This immersive experience broadens your global business perspective and enhances your stakeholder management skills.
  • Spring Semester
    Conclude your MBA journey by exploring the frontiers of entrepreneurship and technological disruption. Courses include Entrepreneurship, Technology Trends, Ethics and Social Responsibility, and Leading Organizational Change. You'll also choose additional electives, allowing you to further tailor your learning experience to align with your professional aspirations. Complete your MBA with a final project that integrates everything you've learned, preparing you to lead boldly in a rapidly evolving world.
