A trio of USF Sport Management grads is helping establish a legacy team in women’s soccer.

Allen Hardison ’19 has succeeded Mitch Cox ’98 as commissioner of the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), the most successful Division II intercollegiate athletic conference in the U.S.

At 160over90, a global, full-service cultural agency, Ryan Morse ’15, Brian Sanchez ‘18, and Michele Robatto ’20 are working to build the brands of some of the world’s biggest sport sponsors.

Orange County sport management student Mia Tolliver MS ’24 worked in game presentation for the LA Clippers during the 2022-23 season, while also completing internships with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Ontario Clippers.

The Sport Management Program is pleased to welcome Dr. R. Douglas Manning as a new member of the teaching team.

Vanessa Murillo MA ’24, a sport management student at USF’s Orange County campus, worked at four Liga MX soccer games in the U.S. last month, part of her PRIMETIME Sports & Entertainment scholarship in Los Angeles. Here, she talks about the experience.

More than 80 USF students traveled the world in January, visiting Jakarta, Indonesia; the Galápagos Islands and Ecuador; Johannesburg, South Africa; and, U.S. Black heritage sites in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
