Biography
Brynly is Deputy Commissioner of Digital Financial Assets at the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and a technology lawyer. From her first job to her current role, she has consistently worked with industry innovators holding senior legal roles at technology and blockchain companies and in public service. Brynly is passionate about bridging the wealth gap and helping to support small businesses which are the backbone of our economy. She is a frequent speaker on topics including blockchain, cryptocurrency and financial inclusion.
