Biography
Professor Devoy is Visiting Professor at USF in 2024-2025. He will be teaching Administrative Law, Evidence, and Civil Procedure. Prior to joining USF, Professor Devoy was an Associate Professor of Law at Golden Gate University School of Law, and was the founding Director of the Golden Gate University's Veterans' Legal Advocacy Clinic. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tem at the Superior Court, County of San Mateo.
