Have you ever wanted to know the origins of some of the creative installations around USF’s campus? Many works of art were funded thanks to the generosity of alumni and friends of USF.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of Day of the Dons. The one-day event brings the University of San Francisco community together every year to give in support of their school.

This morning the University of San Francisco was named a Research 2 university in the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education. The R2 designation places USF among 139 doctoral universities in the U.S. with “high research activity.”

The School of Management, founded in 1925, has made history over the years, but one of its most important successes? More than 40,000 alumni of the school.

The McGrath Graduate Student Fellowship at the University of San Francisco was an incredible opportunity to connect with a diverse and inspiring group of fellow graduate students while exploring an important global issue, climate change.

As an undergraduate accounting major, Julia Siewit JD ‘21 LLM ‘22 discovered a passion for the field of taxation. Years later, that interest became the foundation for her career in tax law, and Siewit earned both a JD and an LLM in Taxation from USF School of Law.
