Wayfinders brings together recent artworks from 23 architecture, design, and fine arts faculty members in USF’s Department of Art + Architecture, revealing the role their artistic and teaching practices play in investigating, critiquing, and reimagining our world. Artworks range from an architectural model of the Senior Day Center in Chinatown, San Francisco to a series of concrete sculptures depicting wave patterns, from a human-scale game to generate art assignments to a hummingbird feeder created from plastics.
The various works in Wayfinders serve as evidence of the paths, detours, guides, and searches for meaning that inform a creative practice.
