Professor Emerita Suzanne E. Mounts was the founding director of the law school's Intensive Advocacy Program and was a co–director of the Criminal Law Clinic. While on leave she was a senior trial attorney in the Criminal Section, Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Mounts has served as the law school's associate dean and as a visiting professor at UC Berkeley.
